Returns

Given the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been fulfilled. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Should there be any need for modifications, we offer a comprehensive revision process.

If the delivered product does not fully adhere to the specifications provided at the time of order, we will then make necessary revisions or recreate the content free of charge.

Revisions

Each service package includes a unique revision policy, detailed in its description. Revisions can be requested within 5 to 10 days after your order status is updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval" on our platform.

Once your order is marked as "Waiting for Customer Approval" you can initiate a revision by contacting your Project Manager via email.

You are welcome to make any personal modifications to the content after it is delivered, but before it is published. Content is provided in Word format, and you retain full ownership rights.

Refunds are evaluated individually and are possible under certain conditions, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Ineligibility of Refund Claims

✔ No refunds for minor issues like grammatical errors or word count adjustments.
✔ Delays caused by clients are not refundable.
✔ Refunds are not granted for low word count alone.
✔ Refunds are not provided for delays due to new or unreasonable demands not specified in the order.
✔ Tips given to writers or team members are non-refundable.

Late Delivery

We aim for on-time delivery. If a project is late and you have contacted us at least three times, you may receive a 50% refund, provided you can show that the delay was due to our fault.

Inadequate Delivery

To ensure satisfaction, we offer revisions and feedback opportunities. Refunds are considered only if the client has requested at least three revisions and communicated concerns three times within two weeks.

Website Content
